Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be working in partnership with the recruitment manager, and other internal managers. You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience. Our recruitment specialists are responsible for assessing our candidate’s profile, conducting interviews, and determining whether the candidate will move to the next stage of the hiring process.
Must have:
- 3+ Years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
- Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month)
- Must be willing to work the night shift
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Experience using Workable preferred*
- Experience hiring educators preferred*
- Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates preferred*
What you will do:
• Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Interviewing candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies.
• Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes
• Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
• Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
₱30K–₱45K a month
Requirements
What You Bring:
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule. This is during graveyard shift in Manila Time.
• Must have own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) and with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
