Recruitment Specialist

Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 

The Recruitment Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks to help us find and hire top talent for our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media.
  • Craft job descriptions that highlight company culture and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process.
  • Manage candidate expectations, timelines, and the onboarding process.
  • Assist with recruitment reports and related administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Hours:

  • Full-time, Eastern Standard Time business hours, Remote

Pay: $4.5-5/hr, DOE

Requirements

  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR for Recruitment
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
