Recruitment Sourcer
MadLab, a leading remote-based company, is currently seeking a proactive and talented Recruitment Sourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your primary focus will be on attracting passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. online job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Engage and build relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
- Attend job fairs and industry events to network and promote MadLab as an employer of choice
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and Boolean search
- Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sourcing
- Knowledge of remote and distributed workforce recruitment is a plus
