Keller Executive Search, an international recruitment agency, is actively expanding its global footprint, with a particular focus on the US market. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter, an A-Player who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within an international setting and excited about the prospect of building something from scratch.

This role brings with it a substantial opportunity offering the chance to significantly shape and contribute to our global expansion. As well as being given an opportunity to conduct candidate interviews and placements around the world, with a primary focus on the US and European markets.

Professional Office Setting Requirement: Due to the role’s client-facing nature, all interactions with clients and must be conducted from a professional office setting. Since we do not have an office in South Africa, any professional office setting should be chosen by you and located as close to you as possible. We prefer not to conduct client calls from home, unless the home setting can be made to resemble a professional office. Keller would cover all associated costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates, using advanced interviewing techniques and assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with our research team to develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Stay informed about market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Commission given for successful placements of candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, and understanding how a recruitment company operates. A track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with confidence in leading partnerships.
  • Independent and proactive, bringing energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
  • Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to build and manage a professional community on a global level.
  • Professional demeanor, capable of impressing clients and partners internationally, with a North American accent preferred for effective communication with US clients.
  • Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals globally, adept at selling solutions and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and partnership development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
