We’re growing and looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for crypto, web3, or iGaming industries -someone who understands these fast-paced ecosystems and can speak the language of both startups and seasoned tech professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: from intake calls to offer negotiation;
- Build and execute talent acquisition strategies for crypto/web3/iGaming clients;
- Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels;
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor;
- Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience;
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives;
- Support smooth onboarding and client feedback loops.
Requirements
- Proven experience hiring in crypto/web3 or iGaming industries;
- 2–5 years in agency or in-house recruiting;
- Ability to understand complex roles quickly and speak confidently with hiring managers and top-talent candidates;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Proactive, curious, and driven to keep up with industry trends;
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
