Position Overview:

As a Remote Recruiter at Builtright Digital, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company’s growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, utilizing assessment tools such as TestGorilla, and facilitating the hiring process. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is passionate about finding the right individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that align with the company’s values and requirements
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interviews and Assessment:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Implement assessment tools and techniques, including TestGorilla, to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.

Top Candidate Selection:

  • Analyze assessment results and interview feedback to identify top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed decisions on candidate selection.

Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively network and engage with potential candidates.


  • Work closely with Raheim and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Communicate with partner recruitment companies for any concerns, scheduling interviews, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Provide timely and insightful updates to all stakeholders involved in the hiring process.


  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting methods and tools.
  • Experience managing assessment tools, such as TestGorilla is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit accurately.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or related industries is a plus.


  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $5 – $8 / hr
Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm CST
