We are thrilled to share that we are on a continuous growth trajectory and are currently looking for an experienced Head of Investments to join our Real Estate team.
The person that joins us would be responsible for:
- Scout and acquire new real estate properties, negotiating commission agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of real estate markets in relevant countries, assessing market dynamics, growth prospects, and competitor strategies.
- Collect and analyze data on market demand, supply trends, and customer preferences to inform investment decisions.
- Generate regular reports for senior management.
- Efficiently utilize project management tools such as Asana and SF systems.
- Engage with clients to offer support, address inquiries, advise on investment strategies, and represent client interests in negotiations.
- Undertake all necessary actions to facilitate residency permits, permanent residence permits, or citizenship through real estate acquisitions
Requirements
- Proven experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of international real estate markets.
- Strong understanding of relevant legal regulations governing business operations.
- Leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Would be a plus
- Prior leadership experience.
- Professional designations such as CCIM or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
