Our client is a real estate investment firm specializing in fast, as-is home purchases for cash. Offers streamlined, commission-free sales with quick closings.

• About The Role:

We’re seeking a confident and motivated Acquisitions Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based real estate investment team. You’ll be the first point of contact for warm inbound leads and be responsible for closing deals over the phone. You must be a proven closer with impeccable spoken English and an eagerness to grow within a high-performance sales environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Call and qualify 20+ warm leads per day from various channels (PPC, cold call lists, etc.)
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone
• Negotiate property acquisitions and manage follow-ups until closing
• Use CRM tools (GoHighLevel) to manage pipeline
• Collaborate with team members to maximize closing efficiency

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably over the phone
• Proven closing experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Financially driven, confident, and persuasive communicator

• Familiarity with any CRM; experience with GoHighLevel is a bonus

Benefits

Schedule and Time Zone:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, EST
• Remote position, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

Salary:

Base salary starts at $2,500/monthly plus profit on closed deals.

OTE of $60,000/year+ with consistent performance.
