About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our technology team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for ensuring software quality, developing test strategies, and delivering robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The QA Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, designing test cases and scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to identify and report defects, validate data integrity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex problems. They will leverage their expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript to develop efficient and effective testing solutions.
Where you’ll work
This position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to work fully remote, hybrid, or on-site at our company headquarters in Fort Worth, TX.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test cases and scripts, to validate software functionality and performance
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing using both manual and automated techniques
- Utilize SQL and scripting languages to validate data integrity and accuracy
- Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement within the QA team by optimizing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Actively participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
Requirements
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or related roles
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Proficiency in scripting languages, including Python or JavaScript
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with data analytics and SQL
- Knowledge of performance and security testing
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Certifications in software testing or quality assurance

Compensation
Targeted Base Salary Range for candidates located in the U.S. is $65,000 to $70,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
