Public Relations Specialist (Bilingual English & Spanish)

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation through various media and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing public relations campaigns, with a particular focus on webinars, podcasts, global press releases, publications, promotional activities, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Storytelling: Develop and communicate a compelling brand narrative that highlights the unique value proposition of the virtual staffing agency, such as its efficiency, global talent pool, and cost-effectiveness. This narrative can be shared through various media outlets, blog posts, and social media channels.
• Webinars and Podcasts: Plan, organize, and promote engaging webinars and podcast sessions that align with our company’s vision and product offerings. Manage end-to-end execution from content development to guest coordination and technical setup.
• Global Press Releases: Craft and distribute press releases with a global perspective, specifically targeting markets in Latin America (LATAM), the Philippines (PH), and other regions as needed. Ensure messaging is localized and resonates with the respective audiences.
• Publications: Oversee the production of high-quality publications for LATAM, PH, and additional markets. Work closely with content creators and editors to ensure all materials meet company standards and are effectively distributed.
• Promotional Boxes: Design and execute innovative promotional box campaigns to enhance brand awareness and candidate engagement. Manage logistics from concept to delivery, ensuring a creative and impactful user experience.
• Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with targeted associations and industry groups that align with our brand’s market and goals. Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate collaborative projects or events.
• Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and activities. Utilize insights to refine strategies and increase reach and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape in LATAM and the Philippines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Filipino is a plus.
• Experience in planning and leading webinars and podcasts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on the 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time schedule
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
