Yes Hearing is an industry-leading start-up in the Direct-to-Consumer hearing aid market. Since our founding in 2019 we have strived to advance access to hearing aids for the 30 million Americans that currently suffer from hearing loss, yet do not own hearing aids. We are using a combination of technology and home visits to change the way Americans purchase and receive care on hearing aids.

About The Role

Yes Hearing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager/Business Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a chief of staff role, with a strong background in product management. This individual will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency, managing key projects, and supporting the overall growth of our successful mid-size company.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Autonomous Project Management:

– Take ownership of key projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.

– Work independently to drive projects forward, adapting to the needs of a small, agile team.

2. Business Operations:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

– Implement and maintain best practices to optimize day-to-day operations.

3. Product Management:

– Leverage product management expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of our hearing aid solutions.

– Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

4. Chief of Staff Functions:

– Support executive leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.

– Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

5. Team Collaboration:

– Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, working closely with various teams, including consumer-focused, marketing, and sales teams.

– Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to ensure seamless operations.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

– Develop and implement metrics to measure project and operational performance.

– Generate reports to provide insights into key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Location: Remote, but physically located on the East Coast (with a preference for New York).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000-$100,000

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations or project management, with a focus on product management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to product development.
  • Autonomous and independent work style, accustomed to small team dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a mid-size, successful company in the technology space, with a focus on consumer, marketing, and sales.
