The candidate can work fully remote from all EU and will need to support US Eastern time zones.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordination of multiple Data and Digital projects with Manufacturing sites and support the Sites with information and available solutions.Coordinate Key Internal and External Projects on time within scope
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders at Operating unit and global level
  • Develop a detailed project/Implementation plan to monitor and track progress, Prepare project reports
  • Identify and share scalable projects and solutions across the Operating unit
  • Support changes to the scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques and according to guidelines
  • Assist and assign deadlines together with the Stakeholders
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Experience in developing and/or evaluating feasibility assessments of projects/technologies– taking into account technical and business relevant aspects.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as neededEnsure resource availability and allocation/coordinate availability with other teams

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in the area of project management (Min. 5 years) with a manufacturing background in the Pharma Industry
  • Excellent Stakeholder and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent and strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management software tools (e.g. MS Project)
