Project Liaison/Intake Coordinator
We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized Project Liaison/Intake Coordinator to join our team. This essential role involves monitoring client interactions and ensuring effective communication across our organization. You will serve as a key point of contact, handling initial client inquiries, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Intake Management:
- Respond to initial inquiries from clients and collect relevant information.
- Ensure all client data is accurately entered into and maintained within our systems.
Planning:
- Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar.
- Confirm all appointments and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Communication:
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication with clients and team members.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, using an American accent.
Administrative Support:
- Manage spreadsheets, emails, and documents using Google Suite.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, including an American accent.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Background in scheduling and calendar management.
