Join us on a 6 month fixed-term contract to lead our content refresh initiative.

As the driving force behind our refresh project, you’ll spearhead the transformation of educational content on the EP platform. Your mission: ensure our resources are fresh, relevant, and engaging for our users. Managing a team of External Educational Content Editors, you’ll orchestrate the timely delivery of top-notch content that captivates and educates. What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, scheduling, and team recruitment.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Inspire high performance and a positive team culture among both internal and external teams.
  • Flexibly manage shifting content priorities within a cross-functional environment.

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to engage and motivate teams towards success.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptability and agility in managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality delivery.
