One of our companies is currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager in the United States.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of cutting-edge retail communication technology across the U.S. market. You’ll oversee project implementation from pre-sales to post-installation, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and stakeholders. This position requires a solid understanding of the retail tech landscape, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage technical partners and internal teams. Accountabilities:
- Lead delivery of technology projects, ensuring timely and efficient rollout of solutions to partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and developers to align on project goals and execution.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify risks early and collaborate with team leads on mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and strong relationships.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and documentation to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software and firmware release cycles and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly in tech or retail sectors.
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems proactively, and work independently.
- A proactive mindset, with strong ownership and a keen eye for process optimization.
