As a Project Delivery Lead at Station A, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our platform projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business development, to define project scope, develop project plans, and drive execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Project Delivery Lead include:

  • Launching projects into the Station A Marketplace, including assembling data, creating listings, and running marketing campaigns.
  • Responding to provider questions and corresponding with buyers throughout the project.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress through regular status updates, meetings, and reports.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize project delivery.
  • Thoroughly evaluating and analyzing proposals received from energy providers to ensure compliance with our requirements and guidelines.
  • Assessing the financial feasibility and potential risks associated with each proposal.
  • Providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and competitiveness of proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of all proposals and analysis outcomes.

We believe in pay transparency. The annual base salary for the Project Delivery Lead position is $105-130k, with potential performance-based annual target bonus. The expected start date for this position is early Q3 2024.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of clean energy project management experience.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time.
  • Prior experience in analyzing proposals, preferably in the energy or clean tech industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for data analysis.
