Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an exceptional Project Coordinator to work closely with the Provisioning and Service Provider Teams.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Coordinator-Provisioning or a Junior Project Manager within a proven background in Telecommunications and Networks.

This role will be based in Philippines and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Provision and coordinate the activation of telecommunication services for all IT Infrastructure projects by working closely with carriers and service providers
  • Coordinate small IT Infrastructure projects for our clients
  • Assist with large IT projects under the guidance of the Project Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Hold and run regular technical team meetings to determine project progress.
  • Coordinate change requests and project deliverables and ensure systems are updated and populated with correct customer documentation and relevant project details.
  • Providing admin level functions to assist the Project Management team.
  • Data Entry into bA Systems to facilitate efficient delivery of projects assisting the

Project Managers.

  • Undertake small single task delivery components for customers’ orders as

required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience delivering infrastructure projects including some or most of the following technologies: MS Teams and VOIP, SD WAN transformation and security, Voice and Telephony, Wireless Controllers and Access Points, Firewall upgrades and migrations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field
  • Formal Project Management qualifications (CAPM/Prince2)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher preferred with practical experience of ITIL framework
  • Previous role with an IT&T System Integrator, Professional Consulting Services or similar organization
