Programme Manager
TSD is a leading technical integration and engineering company that specializes in bespoke applications, e-commerce, and systems integration. We work on a variety of projects, ranging from real-time bidding systems and high-traffic e-commerce websites to big-data analytics and high-speed transactional middleware.
As a Programme Manager at TSD, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive project delivery.
Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as establishing project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. You will monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve risks and issues, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams, and ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
This is a full-time, fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world as long as you can work on the UK timezone. Our team is spread all over Europe, and we’ve been successfully working remotely for over 10 years.
Requirements
Full-time role (37.5hrs pw), fully remote, Programme Manager with experience in managing the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills, including scope definition, timeline and resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, are required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure
- Experience working in a software development or agency environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- A firm understanding of technical software development
- An understanding of the concepts of cloud computing would be an advantage
