Overview
The ideal candidate for this position will be instrumental in the publication of licensing books and videos, taking the lead in ensuring that all production processes necessary to package the title meet the highest standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal staff to deliver publication assets according to the project plan, ensuring they meet the defined quality criteria. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in keeping the catalog up to date, supporting the implementation of strategies to ensure its relevancy and accuracy, while promptly flagging any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of publication assets as outlined in the project plan, maintaining a focus on top-notch quality throughout the process.
- Perform thorough quality checks on the published catalogue to guarantee excellence, and proactively identify and address any issues that may arise, communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist Senior Editors in addressing customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate metadata for products by meticulously capturing and updating information in internal systems, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Provide support as directed on processing and publication of post-publication corrections, alongside reporting, and advising on workflows.
- Provide on the job training and support as required and provide feedback.
- Identify quality issues, take appropriate action, and feedback errors to the relevant teams to help improve the quality of content and service provided.
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- General understanding of technical concepts, software development, and current industry trends
- 2+ years of experience with course content building and course reviewing
- Knowledge of transcript creation and awareness of transcript quality is required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in and across teams.
- Must be a team player and problem solver.
- Ability to give effective feedback so that project outcomes are reached.
- A professional with ambition and a business focus to be results driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and other tools required in an online environment.
- An understanding of GitHub to be able to spot check code to be able to publish learning materials and code files.
- Must have remote office setup (decent internet connection with bandwidth suitable to download large files quickly; example: 100mpbs connection)

Salary Range – INR 28K – 45K Gross per month
