Requirements
The Team:
We are Rollbar’s in-house product experts. The customer success team enables Rollbar’s worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring that existing customers are happy and successful.
We share our technical and product expertise with customers through demos, presentations, technical evaluations, training, and ongoing support. The customer success team collaborates constantly to share knowledge and continuously advance our technical skillset.
The Opportunity:
The Product Solutions Architect (PSA) will work closely with Rollbar customers and Product and Engineering teams in helping Rollbar customers architect, implement best practices, and adopt our platform at scale.
PSAs ensure that customer needs have been met and that the solution is fully functioning according to business requirements, governance and compliance goals. PSAs are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with other Rollbar teams to drive measurable success (adoption, growth and renewals).
You Will:
Serve as the Product Expert for Rollbar products by being the technical point of contact for our customers. Build on top of the Rollbar platform to solve customer problems (for example, integrations or examples).
Offer guidance on architecture choices, instrumentation, and best practices to customers as they adopt our products across the organization.
Be a trusted advisor to Product Management by providing high quality feedback gained from your field experience working closely with customers.
Build world class training material, documentation, blogs, and video content for customers. Collaborate with other teams at Rollbar to ensure the success of our products.
You Are:
5+ years of experience solving complex problems for customers with strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, .NET or PHP, in a production enterprise application or a startup at scale.
You have experience with monitoring, logging tools or working with developer products where the end users are highly technical.
Fluent in the observability/error monitoring market domain, competition, technological shifts and customer needs.

- Salary range: $120,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and location.
