Product Partnership Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Product Partnership Manager. At this role, you will be responsible for enhancing awareness and demand for our product, developing and strengthening partnerships, as well as strengthening the company’s reputation and expertise in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaigns to promote products and new features: tracking releases, preparing a promotion plan, content plan, repackaging technical documentation into marketing expert content, launching product campaigns, analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimizing strategies based on the data obtained;
  • Co-marketing with partners: building and developing relationships with key technology partners. Communication with partners on issues of joint marketing activities to promote integrations, bundles, offers. Making plans, organizing campaigns, and tracking effectiveness;
  • The affiliate program: packaging of cooperation schemes with various types of partners into an affiliate program. Systematization of conditions and levels of partnerships in terms of sales, marketing, and training. Promotion and connection of partners to this program. Development of a set of materials for partners and a partner portal;
  • The role of the evangelist: participation in expert communities as a topic generator, an expert. Presentations at events and webinars.

Requirements

  • Project management skills: organizing work, planning campaigns, controlling deadlines and budgets;
  • Technical background: understanding the logic of the product and the business needs that it covers, for effective promotion and communication with technically oriented partners;
  • Analytical skills: to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, market analysis and the behavior of the target audience;
  • English (upper-intermediate level): for international communication with partners and participation in global events;
  • Russian (upper-intermediate level): for communication wit R&D team;
  • Proactivity in communication: it is not only important to be able to speak and write persuasively, but also to actively initiate communication by promoting ideas and projects;
  • Creativity: essential for the development of innovative and appealing marketing campaigns and materials;
  • Adaptability: ability to quickly adjust to changes in the market or product lines, and to new partner demands;
  • Leadership: crucial for successful project management, team leadership, and company presence at public events.
