Empower fearless investing by maximizing customer satisfaction with the core workflows financial advisors take in Nitrogen. Identify, define, prioritize, and efficiently execute enhancements that maintain and expand quality and smoothness, as well as functionality and flexibility of best of breed risk and proposal features, contributing to both the experience of advisor direct customers as well as medium and large firms who expect an enterprise grade platform across that delivers high quality outcomes to all their advisors.

The Product Owner:

  • Understand the advisor persona and product vision, contribute to strategy, employ hyper-focused tactical decision-making that incorporates stakeholder feedback and technical feasibility to maximize delivered value at all times. 
  • Own short-to-medium term priorities and organized backlog, frequently collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Customer Operations, external tech vendors to dynamically adjust and communicate updates.
  • Apply an advanced, well-written understanding of concepts to the product in a way that expands functionality while minimizing complexity and use confusion.
  • Establish and refine data tracking metrics and objective goals to measure successful product delivery, adoption, usage, reliability, and stickiness.


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS products; or 4+ years of experience in financial markets with a strong passion for improving technology tools.
  • Knowledge and experience of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Scrum, Shape Up, and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable format.
  • A collaborative working and communication style that brings out the best in team members from diverse backgrounds with complementary skills.
  • A builder of relationships necessary to make things happen — across a table or across the world.
  • Constant learner of wealth management workflows and technology needs.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to balance short and long term strategies. 
  • Capable of organizing the efforts of multiple teams, both internal and external, towards a common product goal and delivering within a time constraint.
  • A product evangelist and champion of your product, capable of communicating business opportunities at all levels of the organization, through both written presentation and compelling storytelling.
  • A keen reader of people and culture, capable of building the relationships necessary to make things happen in remote working environments.
  • Ability to balance data-driven decision making with intuitive interpretation of customer insights and feedback.
  • Flourishes in a non-structured environment, based upon autonomy, freedom, and teamwork, with the ability to make and execute on autonomous decisions.
  • An absolute relentless focus on customer delight and a deep desire to build and deliver products with integrity, to solve problems for our customers, that turn them into superheroes!

The expected total compensation range for this position is $80k – $90k.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
