Your impact:
You will be involved in creating a secure and efficient digital system that facilitates online transactions by connecting e-commerce websites or mobile applications with financial institutions, allowing for the seamless transfer of funds between customers and merchants. You will be integrating various payment methods, such as credit cards, digital wallets, and alternative payment options, to offer customers a convenient and flexible payment experience, ultimately enabling businesses to securely accept payments online and manage their financial transactions effectively.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Owner with a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of the evolving FinTech landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional finance, such as treasury or accounting roles, and a proven track record of success in the digital asset space. Experience working for an innovative FinTech company is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Product Owner or similar role within the FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of traditional finance concepts, including operational cash flow, financial institution operations, and payment services.
- Experience working with transactional flows, integrating and merging different transactions and funds.
- Experience in the financial market, card processing, card issuing, and e-commerce integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Russian.
- Experience managing a product team and providing high-level direction.
- Business acumen with a strategic understanding of driving product profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding user expectations.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our FinTech solutions.
- Leverage your financial expertise to define customer needs, prioritize features, and ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate high-level requirements into actionable product plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
- Oversee product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and launch timelines.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to inform continuous product improvement.
- Identify and implement strategies to maximize product profitability through upselling and other revenue generation channels.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the product team.
