We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the product marketing strategy for our Science-Based AI software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that maximize product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to position our Science-Based AI products effectively in the market. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing and technical marketing strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to research and develop key target personas, identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management to define product messaging, positioning, product documents, product datasheets, and value propositions.
  • Manage monthly product release communications. Collaborate with the sales and solutions teams to maintain the correct customer distribution list, collaborate with product management to write the email communication, and then collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that releases are deployed on time. 
  • Create instructional material and educational documents for new and existing users of our platform, such as short videos or user manuals, to improve the platform onboarding process. 
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to align product messaging, positioning and product marketing with corporate marketing strategy.
  • Ensure alignment of the terminology and feature descriptions on our platform with the company’s website and our brand messaging.
  • Lead product launches and campaigns to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and relevant stakeholders on the pricing strategy. 
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
  • Create and provide materials for the sales team to convey the value proposition of the product and new features to prospective customers in a unified voice.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, sales training, and programs.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in Science-Based AI technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing within the software industry, preferably in AI, machine learning or enterprise software.  Experience with scientific enterprise software marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in one or more successful startup companies.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in science and business.
  • Passionate about finding creative solutions and driving growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
  • Additional background in communication and technical education is a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating effective educational content and programs for diverse audiences, including designing tutorials, guides, and e-learning modules. 
  • Experience in developing product marketing strategies and executing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Base Salary Range $145,000 – $185,000 (Depending on experience & Geographic location) 
  • Performance-based bonus plan
