Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to define and execute product strategies that drive stablecoin adoption.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer segments, and map user journeys to guide product development.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging tailored for B2B audiences, highlighting differentiated value propositions.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a leading market position.
  • Drive product launches from planning through execution, ensuring full alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable sales and marketing teams with high-impact content, collateral, and positioning materials to accelerate adoption and growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience, primarily in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record in fintech, financial services, or blockchain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and product lifecycle management in the digital finance ecosystem.
