One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Manager in Spain.

We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product execution within a key area of the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to create impactful features that resonate with customers. You will manage the product backlog, define success metrics, and drive product impact through both qualitative and quantitative insights, ensuring the delivery of meaningful value to users.

Accountabilities:

  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring customer needs are prioritized throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with design, engineering, and other departments to deliver impactful product features.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure effective execution.
  • Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Help shape product strategy through data-driven decision-making and user insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in an agile SaaS environment.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching and iterating on web-based software.
  • Skilled in data analysis and making decisions using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas both written and verbally.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfortable working iteratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and evidence-based product design.
  • Experience working across distributed teams and time zones.
  • A strong interest or experience in accessibility best practices is a plus.
