Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and self-driven Product Manager Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while working on real projects for DataVisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing clear technical documentation, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of various technical product training materials such as user guide, knowledge sharing videos, website assets, and more.
  • Collaborate with the product team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for new projects for sales enablement, customer education, and community building.
  • Help update and maintain product documentation quality and consistency across all delivery channels.
  • Assist in the production design process by performing market research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product education and help content delivery.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (BS or MS) in computer science, mathematics, statistics, information management, or a related field of Canada based college or univeristy.
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection given under the law and legal bale to work in Canada according to the laws and regulations of the province or territory where you live.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and intellectually curious.
