Product Manager, B2B Growth

  • Anywhere

Tapcheck is on the hunt for a Product Manager to spearhead our B2B pre-sale and post-sale product strategy, focusing on delivering our Earned Wage Access (EWA) service as a key financial wellness benefit to our business customers and their hourly employees. This vital role demands comprehensive responsibility, ranging from aligning strategic planning on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis with our business objectives, to driving daily scrum-level execution to achieve our goals.

As the champion of our product strategy for B2B growth, you will be tasked with three critical KPIs: enhancing our closed won rate by refining our sales motion across all market segments (SMBs, mid-market, and Enterprise), diminishing the time to launch for business accounts of varying sizes without compromising the quality of our service and account management experience, and amplifying our sales growth potential through strategic partner integrations (including payroll, timeclock, ERP, and HRIS providers). Your leadership will be pivotal in refining our sales processes, accelerating the onboarding of new accounts, and ensuring our solutions adhere to stringent financial governance and compliance frameworks.

By joining Tapcheck as the Product Manager, B2B Growth & Integration Strategies, you will play a crucial role in directing our future trajectory, boosting our market standing, and guaranteeing our platform offers unmatched value to businesses and their employees alike. Your efforts will significantly impact our expansion, providing businesses with a more streamlined, compliant, and user-friendly approach to financial wellness.
