Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Games Aggregator team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will help define and deliver the overall product roadmap and strategy for our Games Aggregator. The role involves carrying out market research, understand market trends and competitive landscape as well as develop the product vision and strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritise product features, enhancements, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality product releases.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Create detailed product requirements, for development teams and work closely with the product owner to ensure that features are developed as per intended, regarding the game aggregator.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and related key stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
  • Analyse product performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, within the online gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
  • Experience with game aggregation platforms or similar products.
  • In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile and lean methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
