Product Development Coordinator
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours – Fulltime
Work Shift: US hours
About the Role
The Product Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for assisting in the development, production, and delivery of our company’s product lines. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Product Coordinator works closely with the Product Development team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of product development from concept to launch, including factory sourcing and onboarding, SKU creation, purchase order creation, shipping & warehouse logistics.
- Coordinate multiple programs across many different product categories, including but not limited to – apparel, drinkware, gifts, wearable accessories, paper products, décor & more.
- Monitor and track product inventory levels and coordinate with Product Managers & vendors to ensure timely delivery of reorder products.
- Communicate progress reports to the Product Development team and other internal stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with the development of product launch plans and coordinate the marketing, sales and production teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the product development process.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design and Development, Supply Chain & Logistics, Marketing OR related work experience preferably in the consumer products industry
- 3+ years of experience in product development/coordination preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Adobe Illustrator and tech pack knowledge a plus
- Familiar with Monday.com, Slack and project management software
- Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
