Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to define standards and processes, driving best practices and principles across the organization.
- Provide engineering expertise to design, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure and pipelines expressed as code.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available on-demand solutions.
- Contribute to the creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
- Optimize development and release processes through automation, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis of errors and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer/Developer, contributing to big and complex projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Advanced/fluent proficiency in English to communicate effectively with teams and clients globally.
- Proficiency with CI/CD (e.g., CircleCI), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
- Experience building automated infrastructures and working with cloud-based platforms like Amazon Web Services.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Extra Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with tools like Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Node.js, Sanity, and Terraform Cloud.
- Knowledge of systems architecture, design, and application patterns.
