Pre-Sales Engineer – CCM,DMS, Marketing Automation

Doxee S.p.A. is a high-tech company specialized in Customer Communication Management, Digital Customer Experiece and dematerialization.

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who will interact with main and potential clients in DACH area to determine their needs and explain the value of their company’s products or services.

The Pre-Sales Engineer will be hired by Infinica ( ) a company of our group which is based in Vienna and Germany and is a pioneer in the field of document composition and customer communication management.


Due to our long-term and sustainable growth, we are currently looking for curious and committed pre-sales experts who will drive our growth strategy.

Our standard software product is based on the latest technologies and is currently setting the standards on the market in the fast-growing area ofdocument composition, customer communication and digital customer experience.

You will be working on

As part of our Infinica sales team you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the product or service;
  • Identifying potential clients for the company’s products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase;
  • Coordinating with design teams to ensure that designs meet customer needs and can be manufactured cost effectively;
  • Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services;
  • Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs;
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns for new products or services;
  • Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project;
  • Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements;
  • Conducting tests to determine if products meet quality standards or if they are likely to produce the desired results in consumers.


You have solid technical training (e.g. university degree in computer science, etc.); You have at least 4 years of sales experience pre-sales activities in similar sector such as DMS or Marketing automation tools in the B2B environment; You are able to understand customer challenges and problems on a technical and business level, to develop suitable solution scenarios and to present these to different management levels in business, marketing, digital transformation and IT departments; You speak fluent English; You are willing to travel and ability to drive the sales process, including on business trips; If you have experience in SaaS solutions and solutions in the personalized communications field is an advantage.

The position will be based in Germany (our offices are based in Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt, but you could work remotely from other parts of Germany)
