PMO for Commercial Site Migration Project (Remote, English, Project Management)

We are seeking a skilled PMO professional to join our team for a crucial commercial site migration project. As part of this project, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management services aimed at executing the migration plan efficiently within the defined timelines and budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Execute project management activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of the commercial site migration plan.
- Contribute expertise in PMO and Carve-Out processes.
- Monitor action items and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure transparency regarding project progress, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of project meetings.
- Manage work package leads effectively.
- Aid in developing an industrial approach for commercial site migrations.
- Assist in the creation of capital appropriation requests (CARs).
- Support the development of selected processes crucial for the site migration project.
- Update or refine existing migration plans based on new requirements or delays.
- Maintain the Integrated Separation Planning portal (ISP) to ensure a single source of truth.
- Develop specific migration plans aligned with the overall project plan.
- Contribute to the development of an industrial approach for site migrations, including gathering requirements for reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in large-scale migration projects.
- Strong understanding of PMO processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work packages simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Familiarity with capital appropriation requests (CARs) is a plus.
- Candidates must provide a criminal record not older than 3 months.
