Their Amazon sales channel department is led by an experienced team based in the Netherlands, with about 10 Virtual Assistants located in Asia (The Philippines, India, and Bangladesh). Meanwhile, the head office in the US is home to the warehouse and logistics team, as well as the Shopify sales channel department.

Plus EV Holdings is seeking a talented Amazon Channel Operations Manager to support their Director of Amazon Sales Channel and lead the team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) to ensure the daily operations run smoothly and effectively.

As an Amazon Channel Ops Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the growth and success of the company. More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Take care of all daily operations – manage the VA team to ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and without errors.
  • Manage PPC campaigns – oversee the PPC campaigns to ensure that they are running effectively and producing positive results.
  • Manage projects from start to finish – take ownership of projects and ensure that they are executed successfully, from ideation to completion.
  • Streamline operational processes – identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimise efficiency and reduce workload.
  • Be responsible for problem-solving – troubleshoot issues as they arise and provide answers to questions about operations.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

  • 2-3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with Amazon operations, including creating listings, managing suppression and suspension, and optimising listings
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with PPC management, including reviewing campaign performance and conducting keyword research
  • Experience with managing virtual assistants and always looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain good vibes
  • Ability to see the big picture and link it to actionable steps
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of and ability to relate to American/Western cultures
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Hardworking and proactive attitude, with a strong desire to find solutions and get things done
  • Ability to analyse and optimise PPC campaigns

Brownie points for candidates with experience working with designers to create images and A+ premium content.
