Position: (Performance) Marketing Manager
Industry: Growth Marketing for fintech, digital asset, gaming and iGaming companies.
Location: Global (remote)
Compensation: $3,000 – $6,000 USD / mo (up to $10,000 USD OTE with performance)
Company Overview: Scrypt is at the forefront of growth consulting and marketing, primarily serving internationally-located fintech, digital asset, gaming and iGaming companies that are focused on acquiring real user numbers and generating bottom line revenue. We are NOT here to promote scam tokens, no memecoins and NFT collections that want social followers and awareness. We research, design, implement, and fine-tune go-to-market strategies for these companies through paid media. Our clients deeply depend upon us to deliver.

Requirements
– Lead the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation, conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring they align with client goals and market trends.
– Plan and oversee the distribution of content across various social channels, ensuring optimal engagement with target audiences.
– Regularly review campaign performance using analytics tools and traditional metrics. Make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
– Provide expert insights into marketing strategies and trends to clients.
– Review and collaborate with influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness and brand visibility.
– Research client competitors and their marketing strategies
– Work with CMO to develop high level campaign plan
– A/B test different variables within campaigns.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a background in marketing or advertising ideally within one of the mentioned sectors.
– Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in utilising analytics tools to gauge campaign success.
– Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation within the marketing space.
– Experience running PPC campaigns across multiple traditional mediums (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google, Snapchat, Reddit, Quora etc.) as well as alternative ad platforms (Opera Browser, Brave Browser, Rollercoin, Bitmedia, Coinzilla etc.) and DSPs.
Technical Knowledge and Background:
– The ideal candidate would be an expert in performance marketing.
– We are specifically looking for someone with experience generating conversions and revenue for previous clients.
Skills:
– Strong marketing skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely and successful delivery.
– Deep understanding of strategy and distribution, specifically tailored to engage audiences.
– Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimisation and strategic planning.
Reporting Structure:
– Report directly to the Operations Manager or Founder/CEO (I’m not big on titles)
