We are looking for a native English speaker Performance Marketing Copywriter to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in helping shape the brand and developing successful performance marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms. It’s the perfect time to join the design team. We’re just starting to build the brand from scratch, and this is where you can bring your creativity to the table and have fun.
About the role:
• Generate, refine and iterate concepts for performance marketing campaigns across various channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok. Become the expert of how to treat each channel.
• Work closely with the Design Lead to develop comprehensive TOV guidelines that uphold our brand identity and vision.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and ensure copy meet the brand’s strategic objectives as well as business objectives. • Iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment, consistently refining copy to optimize performance and engagement. • A creative thinker with a strategic approach who is able to understand marketers needs and translate complex ideas into striking designs.
• Open to both full time and part time (most likely will become full time) candidates.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a marketing copywriter with proven experience of performance focused creatives. • A robust portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of direct response techniques. • Proven experience in performance marketing creatives, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced iterative setting. • Familiarity with developing TOV brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand representation across various touchpoints. • A strategic and granular thinking approach combined with a mindset for scalability, enabling the creation of both intricate and scalable copy work.
• Project management skills: you will have the chance to own and lead the whole discipline: from concept development, to translations management to VO production.
• Experience with performance marketing creatives/ direct response is a must
• Being an English native speaker is a must • Experience with AB Testing is a plus. • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
