How will you make a difference

As a Payment Product Manager you will be responsible for the performance of our payment capabilities within our products which you will achieve by defining the strategy and roadmap, by ensuring products can compete successfully and by developing and implementing high impact optimizations and new products. You will be leading the Product Payments Team through the research, planning and execution of new products, as well as the processes of ensuring the quality of all products within the portfolio.

This is a senior position with broad scope however you must be equally willing to continue to play a hands-on role in managing your department. You will need to work collaboratively with marketing, customer service, engineering amongst other departments to develop and market our products. You will also act as a key spokesperson for your team internally.

As Product Payments Team Lead at Leadtech you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success, coordinating the Product Team.

  • Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and KPIs performance of the payment page of our portfolio of products and services.
  • Lead, develop and launch product roadmaps for all payment pages in conjunction with the leads of each department
  • Create a Product strategy that ensures effective alignment with other teams Product Roadmap
  • Achieve profitable growth across all product lines
  • Provide hands-on leadership and direction to a team of Product professionals
  • Work collaboratively with Payment Providers, Engineering and Customer Service to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services
  • Manage the complexity thriving to achieve an optimal product, enhancing or killing existing features that are no more match for users’ or business needs
  • Be aware of different users behaviors through research and analysis in the various markets
  • Support the product development engineer team in their daily tasks, lead the delivery process and the product backlog
  • Use Agile approaches to break down big ideas into valuable pieces to deliver at fast pace
  • Provide strategic input into the company’s business plan
  • Are obsessed with data and skillful in collecting, interpreting and translating data into actionable insights to support product and business decisions (incl. A/B testing, Analytics, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Defining Metrics and KPIs)
  • Want to deliver impact, able to influence product management and engineering teams
  • Keep abreast of latest developments within the industry

Requirements

What will make you stand out from the crowd:

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience as a product manager in digital business
  • You have previous experience in online payments in high-traffic B2C e-commerce (PSP and acquirer integration, APMs, chargebacks flow, etc)
  • You have experience working with agile and cross functional teams to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner is a plus
  • People management skills and experience
  • Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage a considerable workload
  • Strong analytical (data oriented), project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Team spirit and good communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically whilst achieving results in an immediate area of responsibility
  • Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities
