Established in 2019, FILS are a young, fast-growing, professional education solutions provider. We work in international partnerships with professional firms, colleges, universities and academies, supplying the training architecture that allow them to deliver world-class online accountancy training in their respective markets.

Due to further international expansion we’re now seeking a Partnerships Manager: International Universities & Professional Firms to join our team and help grow our international client base. Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of international educational and training partnerships.

We’re looking for a strong and innovative self-starter who can quickly take ownership of the role and lead on planning, strategy and growth for this sector.

Principle responsibilities

International sales/partnerships: international universities & professional firms:

  • Lead & new business generation/market assessment
  • Sales & Marketing strategy and planning
  • Representation: events/client meetings
  • Leading client pitches

Account management: 

  • Management of new accounts
  • Management of existing accounts
  • Client invoicing & reporting
  • Learning platform support
  • Coordinating regular meetings/calls with key clients
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with professional accountancy bodies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in establishing and managing international educational partnerships with universities and/or professional firms
  • Experience of the international HE sector
  • Creating unique and impactful sales & marketing plans with evidence of successful delivery
  • Confidence articulating and presenting training and partnership proposals to clients and professional institutes
  • Understanding of prevailing trends in international online education
  • Experience of working with databases, spreadsheets and analytical reports
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects from a diverse client base

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Three years applicable experience
  • Education to degree level or equivalent preferable but not essential, an ability to demonstrate experience relevant to the role will be considered equally important
