For one of our clients, we are looking for a Partnership Relationship Manager, remotely from Hungary.

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships within the partner network, ensuring long-term collaboration, and maximizing partner-driven revenue. You will work closely with sales teams, providing visibility into lead and onboarding processes while managing partner engagement. This is a dynamic role focused on optimizing performance and driving growth, where your ability to foster strong relationships and improve operational efficiency will be key.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and success.
  • Monitor and optimize the partner lead pipeline, ensuring referred leads progress efficiently through the sales process.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams to drive conversions and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Organize events/webinars and gather feedback to continuously improve partner engagement.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding for partner-referred leads, collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Track partner performance against KPIs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, sales coordination, or business development, preferably within the E-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to align cross-functional teams for success.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Google Sheets.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, passionate about optimizing partner relationships.
