Partnership Development Manager for Insurance companies

We experienced a remarkable 200% growth last year, and our next big step is partnering with insurance companies to make psychotherapy even more accessible to individuals.

THE CHALLENGE…

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in forging partnerships with insurance companies, allowing more individuals to benefit from accessible mental health therapy. If you are passionate about well-being and have the right connections and strategies to engage key insurance players in the CEE region, we want to hear from you!

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Identify Opportunities: Discover and leverage key opportunities to form partnerships with insurance companies.
• Develop and Deliver Presentations: Create compelling presentations and present them to decision-makers within the insurance sector.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in insurance companies.
• Drive Partnership Success: Strategically engage insurance companies to integrate mental health therapy into their offerings.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

• Believes in the benefits of therapy and mental health support.
• Has proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or healthcare sectors.
• Has a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate and the ability to engage the right decision-makers.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (the company’s official language) and proficiency in Czech/Slovak. Hungarian or Polish is a plus.
• Doesn’t give up easily and continuously seeks innovative solutions.
• Is able to work as a self-employed contractor under a B2B contract.
