One of our companies is currently looking for a Partner Manager in the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, empowering partners, and creating value through strategic collaboration. As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of agencies and partners, providing them with guidance, training, and resources to maximize the impact of a cutting-edge AdTech platform. You’ll develop enablement programs, lead business reviews, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and translate data into actionable insights will be key to driving platform adoption and long-term success.

Accountabilities:

  • Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with agency and media partners.
  • Deliver customized enablement programs and platform training to enhance self-sufficiency.
  • Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and advocate for partner needs.
  • Lead business reviews, analyze performance data, and translate insights into optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, success stories, and educational content.
  • Represent the organization in webinars, conferences, and client events to reinforce engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in partner management, customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in public speaking and webinar facilitation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable with evolving technology and fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with agency workflows, campaign lifecycles, and platforms such as Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, with a solutions-first approach to client challenges.
