The Partner and Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns with Oura’s most strategic partners, including FSA, Natural Cycles, Headspace, and more to drive user adoption and ecosystem growth. 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in partner marketing, with experience managing relationships, executing campaigns, and driving collaborative initiatives with external partners. This role is an exciting opportunity to build a new partner marketing program from the ground up, working alongside senior Commercial and Marketing leadership to drive impactful collaborations and expand Oura’s reach for members. 

What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute annual and six-month comprehensive marketing plans for key partners and other emerging channels (e.g. FSA, reward platforms).
  • Create innovative and user-driven co-marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and growth for Oura’s partner ecosystem. 
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and external partners to understand user touchpoints for partner marketing opportunities and craft personalized messaging and positioning.
  • Track the success of partner marketing campaigns and evaluate effectiveness to recommend actions for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and better understand their ecosystem for potential Oura marketing opportunities.
  • Act as the key marketing contact for onboarding new partners, coordinating public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
  • Manage partner marketing calendar, communications, execution, and project management for all co-marketing campaigns. 
  • Spearhead projects that support channel goals of maintaining partner engagement and creating a scalable service model.

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrate a track record of developing and executing successful consumer marketing strategies tailored to specific partners.
  • Possess exceptional project management skills, able to navigate and lead complex marketing initiatives cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excel in communication and presentation, with a talent for translating complex concepts into compelling narratives and messaging for users.
  • Have a background in B2B partner and channel marketing, providing valuable insights into partner dynamics and customer needs.
  • Be adept at building marketing programs and strategies from the ground up, turning abstract ideas into actionable plans with measurable results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner or channel marketing, consumer marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience marketing with FSA or healthcare partners.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partners in the B2B space, preferably in technology or related industries.
  • A proven track record of driving results and achieving goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $103,000- $115,000
  • Region 2 $98,000-$109,200
  • Region 3 $93,100-$103,500
