The Partner Account Manager is a key member of the Global Alliances team that drives revenue as a deal maker with SI Partners. As Partners are key to services delivery, Partner Service Excellence will be a critical part of your work. This role is based in North America and is considered a remote position, with a preference of Seattle, WA or Atlanta, GA area, but not required. This role will involve travel of up to 25% due to the direct work done with Partners and Microsoft at their locations.

Requirements

Your Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish

After one month, you will:

  • Have invested in gaining foundational knowledge about Profisee and what we do including:
  • Positioning of our solution within SI Partners through a high-level understanding of Data Fabric, Data Governance, and Digital Transformations.
  • Build deep relationships with Profisee field sales and begin connecting them to SI sellers

After three months you will:

  • Grow SI revenue pipeline through GTM planning and execution with Partners in region
  • Increase Partner Service Excellence by working with Partners through the Profisee certification process and aligning Profisee training and enablement resources to our Partners
  • Support PAMs managing Global Sis with offices in region
  • Manage Partner onboarding activities including Academy access, FastStart training, and intro to appropriate Profisee stakeholders and field sellers

After six months, you will:

  • Maintain high Service Excellence standards as proved by customer adoption, NPS, and renewals
  • “Stitch” Partner sellers and Profisee sellers for a unified sales approach
  • Expert in delivering the “why Profisee” messaging to Partners

After one year, you will:

  • Build and manage a network of SIs across the region that are driving revenue and delivering successful engagements
  • Be a networking maniac and big revenue deal maker with SI Partners

Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Experience working directly with Microsoft, particularly within Data and AI, and systems integrators co-selling complex solutions.
