Job Overview

Remote Recruitment is seeking a strategic and performance-oriented Paid Media Manager to lead our paid media initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimising high-performing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your ultimate goal will be to maximise ROI, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting and messaging.
  • Manage daily campaign activities, including bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ad placement.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance through A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and insights for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and platform updates to continuously refine strategies.
  • Oversee the management of client budgets and forecast performance based on historical data.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid media management with a strong focus on PPC campaigns.
  • Proficient in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of success in driving conversions and achieving ROI targets through paid media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Experience in executing A/B tests and implementing best practices for campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they relate to paid media strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are highly desirable.
