ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new role that will be part of the Digital team. We are looking for a highly motivated Digital expert who will support the team in driving new customer growth through Paid Digital channels and achieve business targets. We need someone who is analytical & strategic, but also has a strong understanding of different creative at different parts of the funnel. This Executive will need to be innovative and become the expert, when it comes to paid creative, owning all briefs, feeding back to internal teams, and driving our creative testing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing paid creative briefs and assets from start to end. This includes briefing in shoots, creating briefs, testing previews, and making sure the correct content is live/ends on time.
- Being the creative expert for paid, analysing creative performance, making sure we’re always following best practice and leading feedback/inspiration sessions for creative & content teams.
- Owning creative & audience testing roadmap – planning in tests with agencies to improve performance.
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to provide strategic feedback, to drive success and ensure we’re achieving business targets.
- Analysing Google Ads & Meta Platforms, to ensure everything is set up as it should be and feeding back optimisations/opportunities to agencies.
- Responsible for monitoring Google & Meta product catalogues, including setting up product sets.
- Planning out paid content calendar with Senior manager and keeping internal content calendar up to date. Ensuring our activations line up with other channels and wider business stories.
- Supporting Paid manager on Monday reporting and other adhoc reporting for paid channels.
- Responsible for joining up paid content strategy with other channels e.g. working closely with Organic Social & PR.
- Working closely with E-Commerce to make sure pages used for ads are optimised/monitor bounce rates to ensure we’re driving good quality traffic.
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE
- 1-2 year’s experience in Digital marketing, specifically on Paid Social & Paid Search.
- Experience using Meta & Google Ads platforms. Being able to build ads is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and excel skills, ideally experienced using Google Analytics.
- A good eye for strong creative. Able to influence internal creative teams & agencies to create strong creative that works at different parts of the funnel.
- Excellent and clear communicator, confident presenting to internal teams. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Team player, that’s highly organised and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
