About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Advertising Strategist to take ownership of the strategy, execution, and performance of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are delivering strong ROI and aligning with broader business goals. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, and LinkedIn
  • Develop full-funnel strategies for both eCommerce and lead generation accounts
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bid adjustments
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights
  • Own client budgets, pacing, and monthly forecasts
  • Create clear, compelling performance reports and present findings to clients
  • Collaborate with account managers, analysts, and creative teams
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency
  • Use the client’s proprietary reporting and workflow platforms

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • At least 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
  • At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, lead generation, and full-funnel paid media strategies
  • Confident managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and improving ROAS
  • Comfortable with data analysis, reporting tools, and client presentations
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Sheets/Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or automation tools
  • Exposure to CRM platforms and conversion tracking
