Position:  Paid Ads Specialist

Working Schedule:  Monday – Friday,  9 AM – 6 PM (EST) | 9 PM – 6 AM (Philippine Time)

Salary Range:  USD 1500- USD 2000 per month

A boutique agency headquartered in New York, with a remote team, catering to online businesses in hyper-growth mode and traditional businesses seeking to enhance their direct-to-consumer and online sales capabilities. Founded by former long-time Facebook employees, The company leverages its extensive experience with leading eCommerce businesses to drive success across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels.


We are seeking a creative and analytical full-time Paid Search Specialist with a deep passion for performance marketing and PPC advertising to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing ads using the Google ad buying platform and collaborating with our team to develop strategic action plans for each client.


  • Manage paid search media ad budgets, ensuring KPIs meet or exceed goals.
  • Create and traffic ads daily via the Google ad buying interface with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free client ads.
  • Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses focused on performance and creative development.
  • Strategize, execute, and oversee various client Google ad campaigns.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable strategic plans.
  • Familiarize yourself with client products and devise promotional strategies for paid search.
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and recommend future tests.
  • Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in media buying or advertising analysis.
  • Has more than 3 years of experience in paid digital advertising or related fields such as financial services, consulting, performance marketing, media buying, or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certified preferred) and Google Ads Editor.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of success.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in both individual and team environments.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs vital to eCommerce, such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc. (preferred).
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and paid search landscape (preferred).
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables (preferred).
  • Experience working on Marketing Decks (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms (preferred).
  • Experience managing monthly media budgets of $50,000 or higher (preferred).


  • At least 50mbps internet speed
  • Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
