Day-to-day tasks include launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing media buying data, and launching new creative tests provided by our creative team.


  • Assist in the management of between 3-5 paid media accounts such as Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, and more; with growing monthly spends ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars in monthly budget.
  • Work alongside our US-based Growth Managers, assisting them in driving revenue for our brands.
  • Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid media campaigns.
  • Responsible for uploading new ad content to platforms and monitoring advertising campaigns to flag and react to ad approvals and disapprovals.
  • Help to compile recommended ad targeting for media campaigns.
  • Utilize Platform Ad Managers, third-party reporting tools, and PowerBI to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-over-month and solve for attribution.
  • Implement real-time and reactionary ad-buying decisions across multiple platforms in response to up-or-down trends happening on ad platforms.
  • Assist in uncovering findings based on platform data, metrics, ad spends, YoY performance metrics, and projections.
  • Understand digital marketing best practices and readily contribute to overarching marketing strategies to ensure client success across the board – even if it’s paid media adjacent or outside of channel control.
  • Understand full-funnel marketing strategies to ensure new acquisition, list growth, e-commerce, website, CRO, lifecycle, and overall client success based on marketing discussions and strategies that work in tandem with paid media and performance efforts.


  • 5+ years minimum of paid media advertising experience in the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform is required.
  • Experience with other Social (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) and Search (Google, YouTube, Bing) platforms is a plus.
  • 5+ years minimum managing advertising for growth clients, or clients spending $100k+ minimum monthly aggregate spend.
  • Experience in a Marketing Agency setting is preferred.
  • Expertise in developing, testing, and optimizing advertisement copy and creative.
  • Experience in keyword targeting and audience optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Background in creative consultation for successful Paid Social Ads that convert.
  • Background in data-derived decision-making and forecasting budgets/spend projections linked to perceived results.
  • Experience using data platforms such as GA, PowerBI, etc. to develop insights and report them to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics like CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English are required.
