Paid Ad Specialist

The Paid Ad Specialist is responsible for creating and developing local service advertising campaigns and coordinating with clients. An LSA specialist is good at pitching new accounts, managing different project accounts, and collaborating ideas to creative teams. They specialize in a wide range of several advertising channels with television, radio, and digital platforms. In addition, part of their task is to deliver custom-fit presentations to current and prospective clients in order to gain new business and drive revenue. At, we are committed to providing end-to-end SEM services including the build out of campaigns, technical optimization, and keyword strategy for law firms looking for aggressive growth across Google Ads. 

This role will oversee local service ads for law firms across the United States.


  • Create and implement strategic SEM local service advertising plans and launch campaigns
  • Analyze ROI to identify trends and opportunities for future campaigns
  • Utilize HTML knowledge to enhance the law firms website and increase web traffic
  • Develop creative pay-per-click (PPC) ad copies to generate high-quality traffic
  • Work with clients to strategically outline, implement and launch re-marketing LSA campaigns and monitor results
  • Setup, monitor, and manage Local Search Ads inside of Google Ads
  • Manage budgets, performance, and optimizations, ensuring campaign performance meets and exceeds client’s goals
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues relating to process, delivery, quality, and more
  • Utilize ad and analytics platforms to analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Craft recommendations and strategies for internal teams and clients
  • Provide feedback and recommendations at all stages of the account/campaign lifecycle to the client directly
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as necessary, bringing subject matter expertise to conversations about delivery, capabilities, and more
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager to meet business needs
  • Assist in developing  and improving a law firms client review process


  • 1 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) at a law firm, or in an agency environment
  • Potential for working nights and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software
  • Understanding of the client intake process within a law firm
  • Experience using analytics software
  • Knowledge of Google Business Profile management and Local SEO
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented


  • Starting from $45,000; pay commensurate with experience
