As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Enrichment Specialist/Lead Generator to join our Mortgage Team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate quality leads for the Mortgage Team through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, email campaigns and online platforms
  • Expected daily outbound call volumes of 100-200 generating ~20 Appointments per day
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their mortgage needs and deliver a viable appointment opportunity to a Mortgage Expert
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, managing and tracking leads in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Mortgage Team to provide them with high-quality leads and ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with prospective customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation or a related role, preferably in the mortgage industry or financial services sector but not essential
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively convey the value proposition of mortgage services offered
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools to manage and track leads effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining lead records and reports.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Shift based hours between 9am-8pm (39 hours) based on business needs
